We ship orders daily to destinations all over the world and due to the volume of parcels we send throughout our group have negotiated excellent carriage rates with all the major couriers.  These savings are passed across to our customers and you will find our carriage rates to be among the most competitive in the market.

Within the UK we ship small orders by Recorded Mail and larger orders by Parcel Force, which are both usually next day, fully trackable services.

For overseas orders we ship smaller orders via “International Signed For” (7-10 day service) and larger orders via Parcel Force Datapost (5 to 7 day service).  We can also expedite goods by FedEx, who offer 2/3 day services to most destinations.

We carry most of our listed items in stock and for standard products we aim to ship within 2 working days of receipt of the order.  For specialist (ie clan crest) or engraved items we aim to ship the order within 5 days of receipt.

After shipping, delivery is normally next day to UK and 7-10 days for the rest of the world.

If you need your item in a hurry then we can generally ship goods out same day for next day delivery in the UK or 2/3 day delivery to the rest of the world, so please do get in touch.

For tailored product (kilts, jackets etc) our standard quoted delivery time is 6-8 weeks from date of order.  We do however have very high capacity so if you need your order quicker than this then please e-mail before placing the order to check availability and 9 times out of 10 we will be able to accommodate your requirements.
