This stunning tartan is based around the colours in the Irish tricolor, which is a flag of union, fusing the older elements, represented by the green, with the newer elements, represented by the orange. The combination of both colours in the tricolour, with the white between in token of brotherhood, symbolises the union of the different stocks in a common nationality.
This kilt is made from a full 8 yards of heavy weight (16oz.) worsted wool and is machine stitched. As with all our kilts, the garment is Made in Scotland by our own trained kilt makers, fully canvas lined and has 3 buckles to ensure an excellent fit.
On average our kilts take between 3 and 6 weeks to make up, however, we can improve on this if required, so if you need your kilt in a hurry please e-mail us and we will do all we can to accommodate you.
I just received the Kilt package and am grateful and thankful for your help in making it possible to have in time for Christmas. I understand it has been a busy time for your store. I truly appreciate the amount of care you have given to my request. It is often a rarity. Everything is absolutely beautiful, without a doubt my husband will be pleased!
