We have access to and knowledge of the finest companies in the highlandwear market and also undertake manufacture in our own right of many of the garments and products on the site.

Our kilts are the finest available with absolutely no compromise to quality. Our outfits are a purchase for life and we are delighted to discuss every aspect of what is a major investment.

We pride ourselves on the attention to detail, which goes into every stage of the manufacturing process. We pay great attention to the historical accuracy of all our product lines and we have unrivalled resources available on the site.

Our sales office and warehouse facilities are based just west of the city centre where we manufacture on-site all our bagpipe range and cast our own pewter accessories.

Ordering

The catalogue section of our site is hosted on a secure server and all credit card details are sent to us in encrypted format and can only be decrypted by our servers. Normal despatch of your order is made within 72 hours (excludes made to measure items such as Kilts and Jackets).

If the item you have ordered is out of stock or awaiting casting, you will be notified by e-mail within 72 hours and you will have the option to have the goods placed on back order or to cancel the order.

Carriage

For small orders we ship by registered post in the UK and International Signed For Recorded worldwide (5-10 day service).

For larger orders we have accounts with all the major carriers, including UPS and Parcel Force and we will ship using the most cost effective method for your area..

We ship large quantities of goods with all the carriers, through TartanWeb Scotland Ltd. and other parts of our business and as such have negotiated highly competitive discount rates. These discounts are passed across to you, the customer and we charge only the cost price of shipping the goods.

Pricing

Whilst all prices on our site are quoted in your local currency, you do have the option of changing these to the currency you require, by clicking the Flags just underneath the 'Choose Currency' button on the top right of your page. Your card will be debited in UK pounds Sterling. Due to fluctuating exchange rates, the price may differ slightly on your statement.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the quality of your goods, we offer a full refund policy. Exludes items which require special order material for kilts and other clan crested product made specially to order.
